JOURNEY TO ETERNAL GLORY OF LADY PHILOMENA ADAKU METU

Death as it’s said is inevitable. The glorious and exemplary life of Mother Philomena Adaku Metu (NEE WAYA OKEHIE) which started in the year 1951 came to earthly end this 2017.

Mother Philomena as TCR are meant to know is a woman of valor, who trained her children uniquely in the fear of God and respect to humanity. As we were told, Mother Philo industriously trained all her five children.

Her late Husband, Late Godwin Metu told her children that their mother is his pride and both lived happily together before death stroke and took him away.

The exemplary married life they lived helped to modify the children whom many are now married. Seed of good marriage has been sowed in the family by the parents.

Late Mother Philomena was 66 Years old before she was finally committed to mother earth on 25th August, 2017 at her late husband’s country home at Duruahazie, Umueze/Abazu Autonomous Community, Ogwa in Mbaitolu Local Government Area, Imo State Nigeria.

CHILDREN:

Jude Azuike Metu             Son

Barr Mentus Metu             Son

Olivia Metu Ihenatu          Daughter

Ugoma Modesta Metu       Daughter

Malachy Metu ( Malick )   Son
