The Osun State High court has granted the bail application of Oba Ademola Ademiluyi and five other persons arraigned in connection with the communal clash Ile-Ife, Osun state.
The incident, which occurred on March 8 according to the police, resulted in the death of at least 46 people.
96 others were also confirmed injured.
The police initially arrested 38 person but only six have been arraigned.
They were arraigned on 14 counts of murder, armed robbery, arson and others.
They have pleaded Not Guilty to the charges.
In granting them bail, the judge ordered that the accused must drop bonds of N5m each.
They are also to provide a surety of a level 14 office or a monarch
